Ενδιαφέροντα trivia

- από το Imdb:

The movie is based upon Pascal Bruckner's 1981 novel "Lunes de Fiel"

Original titie "Lunes de Fiel" is a pun on "Lunes de miel", the French word for "honeymoon". "Lunes de Fiel" literally means "poison moon".

Peter Coyote, Hugh Grant and Roman Polanski on set

James Woods was cast in the Peter Coyote part but dropped out.

- και από το http://www.petercoyote.com/bittermoon.html :

Kristin Scott-Thomas was also named "Fiona" in "Four Weddings and a Funeral".

(check the flag!)

When the film came to London, Hugh Grant instructed his parents not to see it. He said his parents don't like rude things.

Polanski is a personal friend of Vangelis and asked him to write the score to Bitter Moon.
